Helping You Come Home to Yourself

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’re a sensitive person who’s found your way to Soul Path Wellness, there’s a good chance you’ve spent a long time carrying more than anyone realizes.

Perhaps you’ve become skilled at taking care of others while feeling disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve tried to think your way through anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or chronic stress, only to discover that insight alone wasn’t enough.

If that’s where you are, I want you to know something I wish someone had told me years ago.

You were never broken.

My Story

My path into this work has been shaped by both professional experience and my own healing journey.

As a nurse and bodyworker, I was deeply committed to helping others heal. Yet, like many of the people I now work with, I also knew what it felt like to become disconnected from myself while continuing to function on the outside.

Over time, I came to realize that healing wasn’t something I could force through effort or understanding alone.

The missing piece was my body.

Like many people I work with today, I spent years searching for answers. I sought help through doctors, counseling, and many different healing approaches. Each offered something valuable, but I still sensed an important piece was missing.

My first real breakthrough came through bodywork.

For the first time, I experienced what it felt like to reconnect with my body rather than try to think my way through healing. That experience changed the course of my life.

Looking back, I realize my body knew the way long before my mind understood the map.

As I learned to listen with curiosity instead of judgment, healing began to unfold in an entirely different way – not by becoming someone new, but by returning to who I’d always been beneath layers of protection.

That realization transformed not only my own healing, but the way I understand every person who walks through my door.

I no longer see symptoms as failures.

I see them as invitations to listen more deeply.

My Philosophy

Everything I teach grows from one simple belief:

Healing is coming home to yourself.

Coming home to yourself isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about gently uncovering who you’ve always been beneath the layers of protection that helped you survive.

Our bodies are remarkably wise.

When we begin to understand ourselves with compassion instead of judgment, something begins to soften.

The nervous system gradually discovers that it no longer has to carry yesterday’s burdens alone.

Safety grows.

Self-trust returns.

Our inner wisdom becomes easier to hear.

Relationships become more authentic.

Life begins to feel less like surviving and more like living.

This is the journey I call…

From Freeze to Flow.

How I Can Support You

My work weaves together somatic healing, nervous system education, restorative bodywork, functional nutrition and lifestyle counseling, and compassionate presence to support healing at the pace your body is ready for.

Whether we meet in person or online, my role isn’t to fix you.

It’s to help create the conditions where your nervous system can begin to rediscover safety, resilience, and connection.

Together, we cultivate:

  • Nervous system regulation
  • Self-trust
  • Emotional resilience
  • A deeper connection with your body
  • Greater access to your intuition and inner wisdom
  • The freedom to live from your deepest truth

Healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming more fully yourself.

My Background

With more than 25 years of experience in somatic healing, nursing, mind-body bodywork, functional nutrition, and trauma-informed nervous system healing, my work bridges conventional healthcare and whole-person wellness.

I believe lasting healing happens when we care for the whole person – body, mind, heart, and spirit – rather than focusing only on symptoms.

My approach integrates science, compassionate presence, nervous system education, hands-on healing, and whole-person wellness to support healing that is both gentle and deeply transformative.

I continue to study with respected leaders in somatic healing, trauma recovery, spirituality, and human development because I believe the best practitioners remain lifelong students.

Why I Love This Work

Again and again, I’ve witnessed something remarkable.

When people begin to understand that their bodies have been protecting them rather than working against them, shame begins to loosen its grip.

Hope returns.

Shoulders soften.

Breath deepens.

People stop asking,

“What’s wrong with me?”

and begin asking,

“What has my body been trying to tell me?”

To me, that is where healing begins.

There is no greater privilege than walking alongside someone as they rediscover the wisdom, wholeness, and resilience that have been within them all along.

My Hope for You

Whether you’re just beginning your journey or have been seeking healing for years, my hope is that you’ll discover something far greater than symptom relief.

I hope you’ll learn to trust yourself.

I hope you’ll experience the wisdom of your own body.

I hope you’ll find the freedom to live from your deepest truth.

Because I believe this with all my heart:

You were never broken.

Your body has always been doing its very best to protect you.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about coming home to yourself.

Your body knows the way home.

Whether we meet online or at my office in Suwanee, Georgia, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your body, rebuild self-trust, and find your way home to yourself.
