Speaking

Conversations that help people reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their deepest truth.

Whether speaking on podcasts, at retreats, leading workshops, or presenting for organizations, I love creating conversations that are practical, compassionate, and deeply human.

Amy’s Bio

Amy Thomson Holaday, RN, LMT is a Somatic Trauma Recovery Practitioner, registered nurse, nervous system educator, and founder of Soul Path Wellness in Georgia. Through trauma-informed bodywork, nervous system healing, and compassionate guidance, she helps people reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the body.

Her work blends somatic healing, authentic connection, emotional safety, and spiritual embodiment, helping people move from survival and self-abandonment toward regulation, self-trust, belonging, and authentic presence.  Amy is also the creator of Sanctuary, a small-group nervous system recovery experience designed to support deep healing through co-regulation and compassionate community.

Amy speaks at the intersection of nervous system science, somatic trauma recovery, and spiritual embodiment – offering audiences practical tools, compassionate insight, and hope.
