Dear heart, your body speaks for your soul. Your body tells the truth of what you need. Truth is the language of the soul.
Your soul doesn’t want be neglected, abandoned, ignored or not cared for, so your body does what it takes to get your attention.
We can be in such a habit of not listening to or understanding what our bodies are saying that we just get annoyed with them, take a pill, or numb out in a variety of ways in hopes they just “shut up”.
Core to my work as a coach and bodyworker is holding space and allowing your body to be heard and felt, get the support and nourishment you need, and honor your body as your soul guide back to health, balance and feeling awake, alive and whole.
